What is this app for?

 <li>This application aims to aid in stress reduction by regulating breathing patterns, initially by establishing a consistent rhythm and then by decreasing the respiratory rate.</li>
 <li>To use the app, simply inhale when the water drop ascends and exhale as it descends. Visual cues in the form of vibrations help you maintain the pace even with your eyes closed.</li>
 <li>An accessible menu enables users to specify the duration of each exercise session and set the desired breaths per minute.</li>

Determining your current breathing rate
<ol>
 <li>You can gauge your current breathing rate by manipulating the movement of the water drop. As you adjust its position, a timer initiates, incrementing the cycle count with each rise and fall of the drop.</li>
 <li>The app is designed to operate in the background. After starting the exercise, you can press the home button to continue with guidance provided through vibration or sound cues.</li>
 <li>Additional relaxation support is offered through a music selection feature.</li>
